1. Content Licensing & Game Sourcing Policy

The HTML5 and WebGL games available on Select Bikes (operated by Select Bikes Inc.) originate from reputable indie developers, game distribution portals, public domain projects, or explicit distribution authorizations.

We are fully committed to supporting independent creators and protecting intellectual property. If you own the copyright to any game title, artwork, music track, or code asset hosted on our network and believe it has been embedded or displayed without valid permission, we welcome immediate notification to resolve the issue.

2. Requirements for a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice

Under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA copyright notification must be submitted in writing to our designated agent and contain all of the following statutory elements:

A. Work Identification

Clear description or direct URL to the original copyrighted work (e.g. your official game URL or registration number).

B. Infringing Material URL

The exact URL(s) on selectbikes.in where the infringing game or media is located.

C. Contact Information

Your full legal name, studio name, physical mailing address, phone number, and official corporate email address.

D. Good Faith Statement

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or law.

E. Penalty of Perjury Clause

A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

F. Signature

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent representing the rights holder.

4. Removal SLA & Response Window

Upon receipt of a complete statutory DMCA notice, our legal team will:

Acknowledge receipt of the notification within 12 hours.
Disable access to or permanently remove the alleged infringing material within 24 to 48 business hours.
Notify the affected content publisher or provider with details regarding the takedown.

Legal Liability Notice: Submitting knowingly false or fraudulent DMCA notifications may expose the submitter to financial liability and legal damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your game content was disabled or removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was executed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a written Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Your Counter-Notice must include your physical signature, identification of the removed game, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to federal district court jurisdiction.

6. Repeat Infringer Termination Policy

In accordance with DMCA requirements, Select Bikes maintains a strict policy of terminating accounts or revoking developer publishing privileges for users or partners identified as repeat copyright infringers.
